Amazing experience, I would rate them 15 stars if I could! This was my grandma’s first time having dental work done in a while, and the entire staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout the whole process. The front desk staff were so friendly and patient with guiding and providing us with the resources and information we needed to begin the process. The staff who helped with the X-Rays were so understanding and accommodated to my grandma’s needs. The dentist is very enthusiastic and well experienced. He gave us alot of reassurance throughout the procedure, he was super efficient with it too. They have the most compassionate and heartwarming staff, we’re so thankful we found them! We highly recommend for the best patient experience
I had my first appointment and was a bit nervous. Patrick put me at ease immediately! Him and Dr. Koala did a fantastic job; they were very gentle and explained everything clearly. The receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'll be happily transferring my toddler and husband to their clinic 😊.
I have been going to mer bleue dental for all my dental needs for the past 10 years and I have never once had a bad experience. To start the front office staff are warm and welcoming. Appointments are always on time, and the office is clean and tidy. The hygienist are caring, attentive and I always feel that they are doing there utmost to insure comfort when it comes to maintaining oral health. The dentist is highly skilled and knowledgeable. 10/10
I am being seen by Dr. Kotima Koala and her staff. The highly professionalism provided by Dr. Koala, her assistant, the dental hygienist and the secretaries is what every patient looks for when reaching out to a dentist. The friendly atmosphere is very relaxed and also very joyful. Dr. Koala is very knowledgeable, very patient and provides A+++ treatments. Take it from me, and like others, I have had difficult experiences with some dentists in my life, but Dr. Koala and her staff got me back to my dental hygiene with confidence.
