Best spa in Ottawa by far!I had the most wonderful experience at this spa, and I just had to share my gratitude! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like royalty. It was the perfect way to celebrate my 40th birthday. I enjoyed the Holtz Signature Facial, which was absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to book my next one! After that, I had a pedicure with Becca, who was not only incredibly sweet but also did an impeccable job on my feet and toes. Our conversation was such a highlight of my visit, and I felt so cared for. The reception desk staff was equally lovely—so friendly and welcoming.The level of care and attention to detail overwhelmed me in the best possible way. I honestly felt so special, and it brought me to tears. It’s been far too long since I treated myself, and the team really reminded me how important it is to take time for self-care. I can not speak highly enough about Holtz Spa. In addition to being a relaxing experience, the massage therapist Christiane is the best in the city for tight IT bands and lower back pain. She recently helped me after a car accident. I highly recommend everyone there as they all help heal mind, body and soul.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. My therapist took the time to understand my needs and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I took my mom and my husband here. After a long trip to the U.S., we wanted to unwind, so we booked massages the day after we got back. My mom and I had hot stone massages, while my husband had a deep tissue massage. My mom said this one was even better than her previous experiences. My husband was also really happy with his massage.
