Meet Noodle 又见壹面, A Chinese traditional hand pulled beef noodle restaurant located steps from the center of Ottawa. Proud to present pure beef soup that has been cooked for more than eight hours everyday, using all natural spices, no additives.
With hand-made ramen, you can watch the entire ramen making process on site. You can choose different flavors of ramen, and choose different thicknesses of noodles according to different mouthfeel. Also serving a great variety of cold dishes, like “Cold noodle salad”(gluten-free is optional), “Steamed chicken with Chili sauce”, “Chinese crepe” etc.
