My better half surprised me with a relaxation spa day and booked me a pedicure and facial. The spa had to cancel my booking with my initial esthetician last minute. Fortunately, I was rebooked with another esthetician named Karen, who turned out to be an absolutely gem! I’ve had many facials at different spas in the past, but this one by Karen exceeded my expectations. I decided to buy a spa package for my mom before I left, and booked her with Karen as well. Highly recommend!
