Very easy and professional service from quote to completion of work. Crew arrived on time and quickly set up tarps and plywood to protect our home, belongings and property. The work on the roof started quicker than we would have expected. Crew was polite and friendly and answered any questions that came up about work being done. Cleanup was impressive, I had no worries about allowing our dog out in the yard after clean up. Inspection was done the following day and no areas of major concerns were noted. I would fully recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done.

The workers were polite and really did protect and respect my property. The owner gave me his word that my roof would be done at a certain date, and he managed to fulfill his promise. It was a very hard time after the storm, a real panic but TOTAL ROOFING was a great Team to deliver on their word and make it less stressful.

We had discussions with multiple roofing companies after the major storm of May 2022 caused damage that required a complete roof replacement. Total Roofing stepped up in a way that made sense. Thorough and transparent communication of information and extraordinarily prompt replies from the owner. The actual replacement process was efficiently executed. It was impressive to watch the entire team arrive onto our property to replace our roof in so expeditiously. There was also an element of colorful entertainment in watching the highly authentic team work in tandem so effectively. Pride and ownership of the quality was obvious. Preparation was respectful and Clean-up was beyond thorough. Work was done as specified, started when planned and completed on time.
