Opened in June 2014, Lowertown Brewery features an open concept kitchen, filled with tantalizing smells of succulent ribs, brisket and chicken slow-cooking in our in house smoker.
Lowertown Brewery is just a short walk from Parliament Hill, the CF Rideau Centre, the National Gallery of Canada and other downtown attractions, making it a great choice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Its small batch beers which you can drink at the restaurant or buy in the retail shop include a Mexican-style lager (El Camino), a creamy stout (Nitro Stout) and a summery fruit beer (Raspberry Wheat). Savour them with classics such as smoked ribs with sweet potato fries, or twists on the traditional like bacon and kale naan pizza all whipped up in the brewery’s open-concept kitchen.
