over all i would say this place is decent at pawning things, but always double check and get a second opinion, the only issues i have with pawning here is the inconsistencies, one week they tell me " no sorry we aren't taking DS or gameboys right now" then i call a few days later and they tell me they are taking them after all, so why the inconsistency? maybe its lack of communication? or maybe some employees arent always updated on what they want to buy? i don't know nevertheless its very confusing at times, because i like the staff there, they are good people, i just feel like there's too many cooks in the kitchen you know? one day over 5 different people working at the one computer asking questions and stuff, or how sometimes my items get handed over 3 separate people just to verify something, why cant the first person handle it, i understand asking someone for help but another additional person? its weird. i don't know maybe im old school but i just don't like the inconsistencies.

Very nice people, got straight to the point and made good money. 10/10 pawn shop highly recommend over others in Ottawa.
