Being new to this area, I was pleased to be given a referral to Farrah's Fine Jewellery, a brand new showroom right in the area. They did a wonderful job in actually repairing my 'hinged ring' at a very reasonable cost. They were very friendly and helpful, one piece of advice was 'do not garden in this ring' good advice, but gardening is my passion.! I will wear gloves and hope that if it does break again he can fix it without the cost of a new band.!
A few years ago, I lost one of my earrings in a parking lot. Thank goodness it was found but was crushed. I took it to Farrah, who performed miracles and now I have what I feel are a brand new pair of earrings! She also fixed a very intricate necklace of mine. Farrah and her team of experts are amazing. Her attention to detail along with her devotion to her clients is unsurpassed. Hands down, she has the best Jewellery shop in Ottawa! Thank you so much Farrah!
Had several pieces of jewellery repaired here in Sep 2024 and service was excellent. The staff is lovely and friendly! I have my eye on a few new pieces and would definitely purchase here.
One of the stones fell off my ring (purchased from Etsy) literally within half an hour of me wearing it for the first time during my wedding so I was pretty devastated. I decided to bring it over to Farrah’s per the recommendation of a friend. You couldn’t tell there was ever a stone missing. It looks good as new! Staff are all super nice and accommodating. The store is beautiful. They even offer complementary ring cleanings 💕
my husband bought few jewlery from farrah for me , when they were at hazeldean mall and followed them to there new place i had recently had my diamond heart repair and a chaine , impeccable service there personnel are so inviting, polite and they take care of you i just love the greetings thank you farrah , lorraine
