From the initial call they were very prompt to provide valuable information regarding the job and permission from the city. Once I received approval the crew showed up and explained everything that needed to be done and the work was done very quickly as well as a good clean up. Very happy with the service

I had a large Norway Maple in my backyard but it was growing into two main trunks. I knew it was getting precarious. Wright's assessment was quick and reasonable. They processed the tree removal application immediately and the city obviously recognized their integrity as the application was approved immediately as well. The lads came first thing in the morning and got straight to work. Despite many branches over my shed and fence, the tree was taken down to the ground without damage to any structures. They removed all the smaller branches and left the larger wood for firewood purposes as per my request. While I was happy to have 6 ft lengths, they cut these larger sections into more manageable sections; these smaller sections was very much appreciated particularly involving the thicker pieces, They cleaned the area of the scraps just as they promised. They were respectful and efficient from start to finish. In the end, I am very satisfied with their service and I am happy to recommend them for similar work.
We have used Wright Tree Service several times now. This time it was for a major prune on a tree that was outgrowing its space and had some weak large branches and a branch on our neighbours' tree that was growing down into our yard.The crew arrived on time, was very friendly and polite. They did their work professionally, efficiently and well. The clean up was immaculate. Although we had permission to use the neighbours yard, they were able to remove the problem branch without needing to go into their yard. They even did a little extra pruning on branches that would soon become a problem. The trees look great now! We will continue to use Wright Tree Service!
Wright was the first to get back to me of the four companies I reached out to for a quote; they are very responsive and great with communication throughout the process. The arborist they sent was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with our elm, the suggested remedies, and the science behind it all. They were the only ones who clearly and fully identified the issues with our tree. And their quote was reasonable. When the time came for service, they were quick and efficient. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional.

He was very informative and professional. I could tell he wanted the try to save the tree but the damage was too severe and it would be a liability.After I agreed to the quote and to remove the tree, Wright Tree service took care of all the city permits, talked to my neighbours and arranged a 1-day take down of the massive tree that same week. Tristan and his W4 crew quickly and efficiently removed the huge tree and cleaned everything up with no issues.Would work with them again.
