From start to finish, the experience was engaging, challenging, and incredibly fun.The puzzles were brilliantly designed—just the right level of difficulty to keep us on our toes while still being rewarding to solve. The attention to detail in the room design made it feel immersive, and the clues were clever and well thought out. We went for the 2nd time and we really liked the egnimes. We did the cabin in the Woods the first time it was still difficult but still great fun and today diamond heist which was easy and the courses were really good. We recommend!!

wild west room was so amazing, non stop puzzles against the clock and a high pressure shooting game? super epic room, one of the best we've done. didn't have any puzzles that were too obscure or convoluted either. would come to jigsaw again to try another room!
We booked our tickets online couple of hours before. There are plenty of options with various difficulty levels to choose from. We decided to go for the Cabin in the Woods.Jigsaw is located right next to Zaks Dinner. There are stairs that leads downstairs, jigsaw is located on the right. It’s dark and mysterious in there. You sign a waiver and are taken to your room. They provide a brief story of what took place.Cabin in the woods, was a dark room. You have the option to be hand cuffed. We had a blast in there. We were definitely challenged for sure. We certainly took advantage of the unlimited clues.The youngest in the crowd was 13, we had a great time with the family. Highly recommend.$30/person
It was great experience at jigsaw escape room yesterday. We had a lot of fun that we ended up booking the other room consistently. The staff working there is decent and disciplined. Would definitely go there again. Must recommend to go with friends.
